5.3. Replying helper

This function helps you to create frequently used sample reply, which can include text and images

1 . Add quick reply: Do 4 following steps to add quick reply as you want Note: Shortcut must be normal characters, no numbers, no special characters and no duplicate

2. You can download the quick reply templates as excel file or import the your quick reply excel file in the correct format

3 . Sync quick reply templates: allows you to synchronize quick reply templates from one page to another conveniently

Adding to an existing list: adding quick reply from the original page to other page.

Replace the existing list: The function of synchronizing to completely delete the existing quick reply templates of the second page replacing by the quick reply templates of the original page.

Use the quick reply function: Type "/" to display quick reply templates Or type "/" ordinal number then enter will display the quick reply

For example: "/ 1" then press enter to display the quick reply number 1 /character, for example, quick reply number 1 has "a", press / a and then enter will display the quick reply number 1
