You can integrate WhatsApp flow to our ecosystem to record the answers automatically to the CRM with the following steps:
First, go to WhatsApp Manager -> Flow -> Create Flow
Create a Flow WITHOUT END POINT.
You can customize the flow by editing the Titles on the left panel.
Once done, click Save and Publish the Flow.
When the flow is published, you can proceed to add it to a template.
Next, please create a template and attach the flow you have just created. Depends on the flow's purpose, you can create either Marketing or Ultility template.
In the Flow Creation view, name your template and click on "Use Existing" to select the template earlier.
After that, customize the template body and Button text. You can also set the validity period for this template, after the chosen period, the client will not be able to access the flow anymore.
Once done, please submit the template for review.
Access your Pancake CRM account and navigate to the Customize section. Click on Tables.
Create a new table.
Next, customize the table created, add the fields which matches the total questions/fields in the original flow. We recommend 'Single Line Text' type for short answer.
Once done, don't forget to save the changes.
After that, go to Setting -> General and turn on the Botcake customer sync option
First, go to Botcake Settings -> Custom field and add the new fields which matches the number of information/questions you have in the WhatsApp Flow.
When creating the custom field, please choose the CRM Field you want the information to be synchronized to. The recommend type of the field is "Text".
Next, head to WhatsApp section -> Flows and click on the edit button next to the flow you created earlier.
On the Flow setting, you will be able to match the questions on the WhatsApp Flow with the Custom Fields just created.
Once done, please click Save.
The preparation is done, now you can use the WhatsApp Flow like a regular template!
Head to Botcake Flow and create a new one.
Select Template and choose the template which contains the WhatsApp Flow and save it.
After that, you can send the client the Botcake flow. They will receive the message with the option to fill out the desired WhatsApp Flow.
The answers will be recorded to 2 places: Botcake Customer database and the CRM table you created in step 2.
If you are using CRM as the main database on Pancake, the information will be displayed alongside the conversation window.
