4.6. Export

Pancake supports exporting excel or txt files including inbox messages and comments on the Fanpage according to the time you choose (note to best handle the speed you should choose to download every 3 months).

You can use the download function to download only comments, inbox messages or both, or only comments, inbox messages with phone numbers depending on your purpose when checking the checkboxes.
