5.1. General settings

General settings include:

1. New messages notification: When page has new comment or message, you will receive notiification from the browser

2. Notification sound: There is a notification sound when the page has a new conversation

3. Show unread conversation on top: New unread conversations will show up on top avoid skipping unresolved conversations

4. Auto like comment when replying When you send a comment to customer from the pancake, it will automatically like that customer's comment on Facebook

5. Auto create new oder: Create order on POS automatically if customer's messages contain phone number

6. Auto hide comment: This function will enable you to automatically hide, automatically show after hiding comments according to the time period of setting.

• There is also the ability to filter only hide comments with phone numbers. When you enable this mode, only comments containing phone number will be hidden, while other comments will still appear normal.

• And you want to unhide customer comments after how long, turn on the auto-unhide comments and choose the time period to unhide.

To use this function you must follow 2 steps. The first step is to go to the Pancake Settings section to setup

Above example, in the image setting on "Auto hide only comments containing phone number" and that comment will automatically be unhidden after 1 day.

In the second step, you must go to the Posts section and check the posts that need to be hidden if their "hide comments" box of the posts has been checked (when you turn on "Auto hide comment", the system will check all of them automatically. ) If you don't need to hide comments of any post, you can uncheck that post's "Hid comments" box.

Note

• Comments will not be hidden to administrator accounts of that Fanpage and the accounts are friends of the comment account and do not hide comments to people who have roles on the page For example, A commented on Fan Page, although you have turn on "Auto hide comment" for A's comment, A's comment is still visible to B-friend of A and C-Administrator of Fan Page. So when you want to check it, you should log in to a Facebook account in addition to the above 2 objects.

• If you want to set hide comment permanently, just don't set up "auto unhide comments" in settings.

7. Double [Enter] to select next unread conversation

At the reply input box interface, pressing enter 2 times in a row will send the content and open the next unread conversation.

8. Sync Inbox status read/unread with Facebook

This function will help you synchronize your customers' inbox message status as read or not from Fan Page to Pancake

9. Retain message seen status for 3rd messages

If the message is answered from the page or botchat when returning to Pancake while you enabled this feature, the conversation will be marked as new conversation to ensure that it is not ignored

10. Tag synchronization from Pancake to Botcake in real time

This function allows you to synchronize the conversation color tags from Pancake to botchat Botcake so that you do not need to tag customers in Botcake

11. Turn off notification when customer tag their friends in comments

When customers tag their friends in comments, the system will not notify you in the app. You can hide notification for comments which have only tags or comments which have both tags and content
