4.Tiktok Shop integration

Pancake POS will provide the feature of synchronizing product list management, inventory, and orders from Tiktok Shop to POS for sellers to manage at the POS platform.

If you do not have a TikTok Shop account, please open it here:

If the product on Tiktok Shop is already in the Product Management section of the POS, you need to match the seller SKU code in Tiktok Shop with the model code of the product in the POS

After matching the SKU in POS and Tiktok shop, please go to the Configuration section at POS => Integrated sales channel => Tiktok to make the connection

+ To sync inventory to Tiktok shop, you will match the SKU first, then in the Sales channel management section, click the button Sync inventory to Tiktok shop

Orders from Tiktok Shop will go to the Orders section of Pancake POS, you can filter by the source of the order, which is your Tiktok Shop channel for private management. Orders from Tiktok shop will not display complete buyer information because Tiktok Shop is intentionally hiding this information.
