Auto-send WhatsApp Messages to new India Mart CRM entries

Go to the Setting section in Botcake → Integration → IndiaMART → Click on “Connect”
Enter the API key from India Mart.
There will be a green “connected” indicator shown upon successful connection.
Botcake will automatically fetch the customer’s information every 10 minutes, and input them as “Customers” with the source of “INDIA_MART”
Following the steps in this section, you will set up the bot to automatically initiate the conversation over WhatsApp with the clients from India Mart.
Step 1: Create a new template on WhatsApp Manager.
Step 2: Create a flow on Botcake which contains the template you created.
Choose the template you created.
Note: if you wish to state the customer’s full name in the welcome message, please create a template with a variable where you want to fill the name. Then in Botcake, choose “Customer’s full name” to fill in the variable.
Check again to make sure the flow contains ONLY the template. Since you are initiating a new conversation with the client, you can only use templates.
Step 3: Go to the Rules section and create a new rule.
There are 2 sections:
“When this happens” - Condition/trigger
“Perform these action” - Action
The goal is to initiate a conversation with the users that have initiated a chat on India mart (If they leave their CORRECT WhatsApp number on the information section).
So for the condition, we will set the trigger for New Subscriber (New Customers)
And the source equals INDIA_MART
On the Action, choose “Start A Flow” and choose the flow you created on step 2.
Once everything is set up, please double check again and click “Save”. The complete rule should look like this.
Don’t forget to activate this rule.
