In order to help you respond to comments and messages as quickly as possible, Pancake automatically aggregates all communications on a single interface, as well as provides basic function buttons right below communications section such as like, hide, delete, view comments directly on facebook, private feedback by message from guest comments (only works for Fan Pages that have been updated with the Facebook messaging function for guests first).
Besides, in the input text box, you can choose to answer according to the quick reply templates and insert pictures.
If you accidentally click on a conversation that you can't handle right away, just click the unread mark icon and the conversation will return to its new notification status.
Customer Information
In the customer information section, Pancake has a section to create notes so that the page can archive what is needed about the customer such as product questions. After create the content of the note, press Enter to save at this customer information section. Later in any conversation of this customer on the page, it will display the content of the previous note that was created for that customer.
In addition, the system also displays how many times this customer is reported badly (Warning), how many fanpages blocked this customer. How many orders this customers have completed successfully.
The bottom is the order section. Here you will know the transaction history with that customer, avoiding the situation of creating many duplicate orders

Note
1- The comment information will remain in pages.fm even if the comment or the whole post is deleted on Facebook.
2- In order not to miss the conversation in Fan Page, you should enable the mode of "show unread conversations on top" in the general settings of pages.fm.
3- When using pages.fm, if you do not show images or can not insert images into comments, there are two main reasons that you have not logged in to Facebook, or that the host file used to access your Facebook is inappropriate. You can fix it by logging into Facebook in another browser tab.
4- You can manage many different Fanpage by opening multiple tabs in the same browser or using the page multiple mode to manage in one interface.
5- When encountering customers that seem to be spam, disruptive or bad behavior affecting Fan Page, you can block Facebook ID right at the conversation interface by clicking on the block button at the top right of the conversation interface.
6- If you want to review the conversation with customers on facebook, click the arrow at the top of the conversatiom interface. In case want to know about customer's personal page information, just click on the customer's avatar and a new window will appear next to that is the customer's facebook Page.
