2. Woocommerce integration

WooCommerce Plugin helps you to build an eCommerce store using WordPress. It takes the base WordPress operating system and turns it into a fully functioning eCommerce store.

2.1. Connect with Woocommerce

To do Woocommerce integration with POS, you need to get Consumer key and Consumer secret on the Woocommerce site.

Step 1: Access your Woocommerce management page , then go to Settings => Click on the "Advanced" option => Select "REST API"

Step 2: Next will edit the Advanced key details , including: Enter a description, User and set permissions

Step 3: Access to POS to integrate => Setting => Sync => Woocommerce

Step 4: "Add Connection" and Sync Configuration

First, click"Add Connection", then enter the necessary information for integration including: Shop URL, Consumer key and Consumer secret code (Copy from Woocommerce that we opened in Step 1 )

Edit Sync Configuration:

  1. First, choose a synchronized warehouse: Select a warehouse to synchronize the important information below including syncing inventory from POS => Woocommerce, Syncing product prices from POS => Woocommerce and syncing orders from Woocommerce => POS

  2. After selecting the repository, we will set up the synchronization configuration: Depending on the synchronization purpose, if you want to synchronize the repository from POS => Woocommerce, then select "Sync". If you don't want to just select "Don’t sync".

  3. Similar to the other two synchronization options: Synchronize product prices from POS => Woocommerce is sync prices of products from POS => Woocommerce. With order synchronization from Woocommerce => POS, When choosing to Sync, customer orders created in Woocommerce will be pushed to POS for management.

2.2. Sync product price POS - WooCommerce

Pancake POS allows the shop to synchronize information with the WooCommerce Plugin to manage orders and synchronize product inventory.

If your product already exists in the product management list of POS, first to synchronize products in WooCommerce and POS, then Need to match Sellers SKU of products in WooCommerce Plugin match the model code of at the POS

  • Products in POS: Product model code in POS (SKU - Stock-Keeping Unit)

  • Woocommerce: Seller SKU code in Woocommerce

=> After you have matched the information, you will synchronize, please go to Setting at POS => Integrate sales channel => select Woocommerce to make the connection as instructed in section 2.1

2.3. Sales channel management

Synchronize inventory on sales channel management

To sync inventory to Wocommerce shop, you will match the code first and then in the sectionSales channel management click Synchronize inventory to Woocommerce.
