Engagement statistics are statistics of the number of customers that user interact with, inbox and comment during the statistics period (you can export reports in excel format to your device)
If a customer has both comments and inbox messages, the total engagement is only counted as 1.
Customer inbox: Number of inbox messages the user interacts with customers (including old customers)
Customer comment: Number of comments the user interacts with customers (including old customers)
Total customer interaction: Total number of comments, inbox messages the user interacts with customers (including old customers). If the user interacts both comments and inbox messages with one customer will be counted as 1.
New customer interaction: Number of comments, inbox messages the user interacts with new customers. If the user interacts both comments and inbox messages with one customer will be counted as 1.
Number of Orders created: The number of orders the user has created
Oder rate = Number of created orders / new customers
