5.2. Conversation tags

This setting allows you to set conversation color tags (tags), create new, change names or set tag display mode or synchronize tags to other pages

Note: there are 2 synchronization modes: Add to an existing list or Replace the existing list

• Multi tags mode This mode allows you to attach multiple tags to the conversation at the same time

• Full tags mode Display the full tag name in the conversation tag instead of just showing the tag color

• Multi-tag Filter Mode Allows simultaneous filtering of multiple conversation tags Filtered by OR (A or B): Conversation contains either A or B tags Filter by AND (A and B): Conversation contains both A and B tags

• When deleting conversation tag The conversation tag will be completely removed from the conversation and cannot be restored
