4.1 Product management

The product management section allows you to create products, manage product category, export products to excel file, import products from excel files, update category, transfer products, copy products, delete products.

1. Add new product

To add new product, press on Add new product button

Then enter the product information

Product ID is the product ID of the shop, if you skip this section the system will create the product ID automatically

Your product name

Warning out of stock by variation: if this configuration is set to 0, no alerts will appear when the product is out of stock

Category: The industry that the product in

Variation value: If your product has many variations, different sizes, color then the product will need properties to manage it's variations.

After entering the product information, there will be a detailed information section for the product variations

  1. Picture: You can import picture for each product's variation

  2. Variation ID and Barcode can be full filled or skipped, the system will create automatically

  3. The last imported price

  4. Price is the selling price

  5. Wholesale price

  6. The properties of the variation, which you can enter manually or click the Quick Add button, will be added according to your choice

  7. Weight: The smallest weight can be entered as 1 gram

  8. Quantity and In stock items cannot be entered here

  9. Can sell you can enter (when importing can sell the amount of inventory increased and there will be import orders created in the Goods Reciept section).

The system will automatically sync the information about the imported price, price, weight, if you do not want to synchronize, you can click on the sync button to un-sync.

Note:

1. A product cannot be successfully created without a Name or Variation

2. The minimum weight is 1gram

3. If the product variation is locked, the order cannot be created with that product

In addition to importing products directly on the system you can import products from excel files download the sample file to enter information in the format of the sample file (Enter the warehouse code you get in the warehouse configuration)

There will be 3 options when uploading the file

  • Use the latest quantity from the uploaded excel file

  • Add quantity from excel file to current number

  • Ignore if the product already exists

Import products into all stores in the merged mode: Products without warehouse code will be transferred to all stores of the multi-page shop.
