4.6 Goods Receipt

This function allows you to import the quantity of products into the warehouse

In addition, you can download import history, create import notes from excel file, print your import or filter by time or product. To create an entry, select Add input

Then select the warehouse, enter the product name to search and select to imported

Then click Create, the quantity of imported goods will be added to the Product Management section

Note :

1. The receipt of goods in the "new", "confirmed" status will not add products to the warehouse. The receipt is in the status "imported" will add products to warehous.

2. The receipt of goods in the "new" status will allow for modification, if it is confirmed or imported, the goods will not be repaired

3. The imported receipt cannot be deleted, if the product in the imported receipt has not been used to create any order yet, it can be canceled.

You can also import goods by excel file by downloading the sample file, following the sample form, taking the warehouse code in the warehouse configuration and uploading it to the system.
